The main contender for the house we want to build is the Drysdale 30 from Places Homes which can be found HERE
This is the floor plan
The front of the House
We would need a minimum block width of 16m and a minimum depth of 32m although we would like something a bit bigger.. More like 17m x 35m would suit us.

Crafting with paper
Tools and instructions for the Canvas and paper artwork.
Some tips:
- I use small scissors, not a craft knife. I actually haven't tried with a knife, but I find I can cut easily around tight corners with the scissors. My fingers do get sore, though, and I can only cut a few at a time!
- I find scrapbooking paper to be quite thick and heavy, and I prefer to use invitation paper as it is easier to cut.
- Acid free craft glue that does not go yellow is your friend!
- There are craft punches available, and I have seen many butterfly pics made from these. It's easy and does not require any precise cuting with scissors or a knife...but I like mine to be all hand done!
- my template is a poor shabby piece of paper!
- Take your time! Don't hurry the cutting. It's quite labour intensive, but I really enjoy the quite time to myself!

Spring-loaded scissors by Fiskars are the best thing I ever bought.
